Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin Rouge 2021 750 ML

Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin wines are produced from vineyards lying on the extension of the slope on which the Grands and Premiers Crus are situated. The fruit is sourced from growers with whom Louis Jadot holds purchase agreements based on the quality of the harvest each year. The grapes are handpicked and sorted, then undergo fermentation. After a long maceration, a proportion of the wine is set to age in French oak barrels. Composed of fruit from multiple terroirs within the appellation, assembled to represent the unique character of this prestigious village. Production is consistent with other Jadot red wines: fermentation with natural yeasts, aging in barrels (1/3 new) for 16 months. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
